Cream of pumpkin soup with GREEN LIO

Winter is upon us! Let's pamper ourselves with a lukewarm c, a typical seasonal dish such as velvety of vegetables, a dish prepared with the sweet pulp of the queen of autumn: the pumpkin

The secret that differentiates this recipe from all the others is the addition of wheat grass able to give an exceptional flavor to the dish: success is guaranteed!


Here is what you will need:

3/4 of pumpkin

2 potatoes

1 onion

vegetable broth

250 g. of quartirolo

1 teaspoon of GREEN LIO

Prepare the vegetable broth. Peel the onion, cut the pumpkin into cubes after removing the peel and seeds. Do the same for the potatoes. Put a pan with a drizzle of oil on the fire and brown the onion first and then add the pumpkin and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the previously prepared vegetable broth to cover the vegetables. At the end of cooking, blend everything to obtain your cream. Cut the quartirolo into cubes and pass it in the GREEN LIO powder. Serve the soup, wait for it to become warm and place the green cubes on it.
