Brunch time with avocado toast made with GREEN LIO

L'avocado toast it is certainly one of the healthiest and tastiest ideas you can get mixing wheatgrass to one of the most loved and popular fruits of recent years: theavocado.

One of the tastiest and simplest ways to savor it is this dish of very easy preparation and with an amazing effect, ideal for weekend brunch!

2 avocado
1 organic lemon juice
1 teaspoon of LIO VERDE wheatgrass
1 pinch of salt 


Extract the avocado pulp and place it in a blender adding a pinch of salt, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of wheat grass.
Set aside a few squares of avocado.
Blend everything until you get a soft sauce. Add the previously prepared avocado squares. For those who like it, it is possible to add small pieces of onion and cherry tomatoes as well as a sprinkle of coriander. A good alternative is to add a slice of raw salmon or a poached egg.
